An LGBTQIA+
running club since 1992
Front Runners de Paris brings together nearly 800 members around a shared passion: running together in a caring and inclusive environment that welcomes everyone. Our values of inclusion, diversity, kindness, solidarity and commitment guide both our training sessions and life as a club.
Run entirely by volunteers, the club offers year-round training, from relaxed Sunday runs to forest trails, as well as social events and community action.

Our story, one stride at a time
Inspired by Patricia Nell Warren’s novel The Front Runner, the first Front Runners club was founded in San Francisco in 1974. The movement then spread across borders, united by the same values of inclusion and diversity.
Paris welcomed France’s first Front Runners club in 1992. Today, our association is part of a network of around one hundred clubs worldwide.
