Training

Our sessions are open to everyone, at every pace and level, throughout the year. You can join us for a no-obligation trial session.

Led by coaches

Qualified coaches provide structured sessions, technical guidance and options suited to different levels.

Led by volunteers

Club volunteers guide friendly sessions and help everyone find a comfortable pace and group.

Our session types

Session for everyone

Track intervals

Marathon training – Tempo Run

An intensive coached session that supports runners over time towards a specific performance goal or upcoming race, following a programme designed by our coaches.

6, 9 or 12 km group runs

Friendly runs with several distance options so everyone can choose a route that suits their pace and energy.

Hills and stairs

Uphill, stair and recovery repetitions that build strength and are particularly useful for trail running.
