The Valentine's Day Race is one of the key events of the year for the Front Runners de Paris. The first couples' race in the capital, it aims to create a sporting, festive and activist event, in the heart of the city of Paris, around two themes: running, a fun sport accessible to all, and the fight against discrimination.
Openness to others and promotion of diversity
The race raises public awareness of discrimination, particularly that linked to sexual orientation. Open to man-man, woman-woman, and man-woman couples, it works to promote the visibility of homo, bi and trans people in a spirit of tolerance and conviviality.
On a 2.5 km loop, runners can choose between two events: a 5 km duo and a 10 km solo, without forgetting Operation Cupid, unique in its kind… since it is the organizing team that finds you a teammate!
For the 2026 edition, we offered you the opportunity to participate in a charity raffle, the entirety of which was donated to the association. Chems Pause: an association dedicated to the prevention and reduction of risks linked to sex and substance use, with particular attention paid to chem-sex.

Participation in the 10 km event qualifies for the new “ Parisian 10 km challenge» of the Comité Départemental d’Athlétisme de la FFA, in agreement with the City of Paris.
